Terms of Use for Business Customers
Last updated: 21 October 2026 · BRAVON Studio
1. Provider and scope
Bastian Wiede trading as WI-IM-EX · BRAVON™ business unit c/o IP-Management #4150 Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18 20459 Hamburg, Germany Phone: +49 155 65084652 Email: info@bravon.eu
These terms apply to the agreed use of BRAVON Studio at studio.bravon.eu. The offering is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), legal entities under public law and special funds under public law. Persons acting on a customer's behalf must be of legal age and authorised to represent their company. Individual agreements take precedence.
2. Offering and conclusion of contract
The website provides information about the product. An enquiry, signing in with a Bravon account or the mere activation of a trial access does not create any payment obligation. A paid contract is concluded by accepting an individual offer or by an order confirmed by both parties. Before the contract is concluded, the scope of services, price, VAT, billing period, payment terms, contract start, term, any renewal and the notice period are expressly specified and provided in text form. Without an express agreement, neither a paid subscription nor an automatic contract renewal arises. The contract language is German unless otherwise agreed.
3. Scope of services and development status
BRAVON Studio supports organising multiple companies or brands, editing post drafts, managing images and scheduling content in the calendar. The scope of functions agreed in the offer and actually activated is decisive.
Automatic publishing is not yet generally available in the current launch phase. Facebook and Instagram are being set up and tested; TikTok and LinkedIn are not yet generally enabled. A calendar entry alone does not trigger any sending. Announced or planned features only become part of the contract if this is expressly agreed. Paid offers must take these limitations into account. No particular reach, advertising effect or number of interactions is promised.
4. Accounts, access and cooperation
Sign-in takes place via an existing Bravon account. Customers protect their access credentials, inform us without undue delay of any suspected misuse and grant access to their workspaces only to authorised persons. Agencies may only manage companies and social media accounts for which they hold a corresponding mandate or authorisation. Permissions required by the respective platform must be granted and maintained by the customer.
5. Content and rights
The rights to uploaded content remain with the customer or the respective rights holders. The customer grants us only the rights required for storage, technical processing, display in the workspace and the expressly instructed transfer to selected platforms, including the use of technical service providers required for this. This does not cover use of customer content for our own advertising.
The customer ensures that texts, images and other content may be used lawfully, that required consents have been obtained and that third-party rights are respected. In particular, unlawful content, spam, harmful files, unauthorised access and circumvention of technical protection measures are prohibited. In its current form, the service is not intended for special categories of personal data, payment data, identity document data or comparably sensitive data; such data must not be uploaded.
6. Social media platforms and sending
An enabled connection is only used with the permissions approved by the account holder. Before placing a publishing order, the customer checks in particular the content, target account, time and visibility. The terms of the respective platform apply in addition. Their approvals, account types, interfaces, moderation decisions, outages and usage limits may affect transmission.
We inform customers of identifiable sending errors and limitations within the scope of the functions provided. An unclear response must not be treated as a confirmed publication; the target account must be checked before sending again. Disconnecting a connection does not delete posts already published on a platform. Our responsibility for our own breaches of duty remains unaffected.
7. Fees and payment processing
Only the fees and payment terms agreed in the individual offer apply. Prices for business customers are exclusive of statutory VAT, where applicable, unless the offer states otherwise. Additional services, higher usage limits or paid add-on features require a separate agreement. Price changes for existing contracts are not made merely by changing the website. In the current launch phase there is no general online checkout; billing is agreed with the customer.
8. Operation, disruptions and further development
We provide the agreed service with the care owed under the contract and handle reported disruptions. Specific availability, support hours, response times or recovery targets only apply if they have been expressly agreed. Where possible, we announce necessary maintenance in advance. Immediate security-related measures remain possible.
Changes may not unilaterally withdraw the agreed essential scope of services. In the event of significant limitations, the customer's contractual and statutory rights apply. A general discontinuation of the service during paid contract periods is not reserved merely on the basis of its development status.
9. Data protection and confidentiality
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the BRAVON Studio privacy policy. Where we process personal data on behalf of the customer, a separate data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, including the required annexes, must be concluded before such processing begins. These terms of use do not replace that agreement. Customer and provider protect each other's non-public information and use it only for performing the contract or where required by law.
10. Suspension, term and termination
The term, renewal and ordinary notice period are agreed in the individual offer. Notice of termination may be given in text form to info@bravon.eu. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.
If there are concrete indications of misuse, unlawful use or a risk to other accounts, we may temporarily suspend the affected access to the extent necessary and proportionate. Where the protective purpose permits, we inform the customer and allow them to comment or remedy the issue. A suspension is reviewed and lifted as soon as its reason no longer applies.
Before the end of the contract, we agree on the return or provision of stored customer content and its subsequent deletion. Requests regarding this should be sent to info@bravon.eu; an automatic complete export or immediate final self-service deletion is not currently promised. Statutory rights to surrender, portability and erasure as well as the provisions of a data processing agreement remain unaffected. The end of the Studio contract does not automatically end other Bravon contracts or the central Bravon account.
11. Defects and liability
Defects and damages are governed by statutory provisions unless an effective deviating provision has been made in the individual contract. These terms do not contain a blanket exclusion of liability for data loss, platform disruptions or failed publications. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
12. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected. Changes to these terms are communicated to existing customers and do not become part of ongoing contracts merely by being published on the website. Individual agreements continue to take precedence. Should a provision be invalid, the statutory provisions apply in its place; the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
