Data Deletion and Account Connections

Requesting deletion

To have your data deleted from BRAVON Studio, write to info@bravon.eu, preferably from the email address of your Bravon account. Use "BRAVON Studio – Data deletion" as the subject and state whether the request concerns your Studio account, a workspace, specific media or a single channel connection. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or copies of identity documents. If additional identification is necessary, we will agree on a suitable verification with you.

What we handle

We verify your authorisation and the scope of the request, take into account the rights of other workspace members where applicable, and remove the affected data unless statutory grounds prevent this. We inform you of the processing status, a permissible extension of the deadline or a justified restriction in accordance with the statutory requirements. Data protection requests must generally be answered within one month at the latest; any permissible extension is communicated within this period. This is not a promise that every request, regardless of its subject, will be fully completed immediately.

Disconnecting connections and removing posts

An existing social media connection can be disconnected via channel management. In addition, you can revoke BRAVON Studio's authorisation in the app or security settings of the respective network. Posts already published are not automatically deleted as a result. Remove them directly on the respective network if required. Archiving or removing an entry in BRAVON Studio is not in every case an immediate physical deletion of all associated data.

Central Bravon account

Deleting Studio data does not automatically affect your central Bravon account or other Bravon services. If your request should also cover these areas, please tell us explicitly. For content that a company has uploaded about you as controller, you can also contact that company directly. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
